A production process tailored to your needs

All our clients have their unique set of marketing challenges and so do you. That is why we’ve created a series of different steps enabling swift and simple creation of custom made promotional products. These are:

 

Listening

We like to begin the process by listening to what you have to say about your company, who your customers are and what your customer’s brand for whom you are looking for a particular promotional product is all about.

Developing an idea

Most of our clients have a specific product in mind, so we usually take it from there. If that’s not the case, our team of designers and production experts can help out and propose a few product ideas suitable for your specific objectives.

Construction

Once we’ve defined a certain concept you believe will interest your client, we go into  more detail regarding your product’s construction. During this step we provide you with a 2D or 3D visualization, or both if you wish.

Prototype

Once you have approved the visualization, before we actually start to produce your promotional product,  you can choose to first develop a prototype. This grants you and your client the opportunity to test both the dimensions and the shape of the product. In the majority of projects, naturally depending on the type of product, just a few days will be enough to produce your prototype.

Production

Once you’ve approved a visualization or a prototype, we begin the production. For example, in case you order metal keyholders or displays made out of acrylic glass, we would first develop a mould based on which we will be able to produce your custom designed promotional product. The entire manufacturing process it completely tailored to your product’s requirements. In order to make sure you get the exact product you and your client envisioned, you first approve a sample of the final product after which we then produce the whole quantity you ordered.

Logistics

Since PES was founded, in 1992, we’ve produced several thousand different tailor-made products, with new ones being created each week. We are aware of the fact that producing the product is not enough. The product needs to reach your office in perfect condition. Exactly as during the entire product development and prodution process, we tailor both packaging and shipment to your particular needs.
